I had my first Carajillo on my last work trip to Mexico and I'm excited to try it again! I didn't expect to like it as I like my coffee separate from alcohol but it was absolutely delicious. It also could have been the company I was in - our host was a local and his enthusiasm for his country was contagious. Liquor 43 is said to have 43 secret ingredients and that's why it's so good.

You don’t have to go to the Dominican to have a great time (although I will suggest it), you can find adventure in your own backyard. Whatever you do - don’t waste your time - get out there and GO!

Bucket list item checked off! If you’ve been around here for a bit, you probably have heard me talk about The Lost Kitchen. It’s in the very tiny town of Freedom, Maine so you know I had to make a stop on our New England tour! The Lost Kitchen was founded by Erin French. She’s a self-taught cook who does farm-to-table supper clubs at her historic mill turned restaurant. I first started watching her show because I simply like food shows, but I kept watching because I love her spirit, drive, and sense of purpose. The meals she puts on are tremendous. Set menu. Only Maine farm raised ingredients. The dinners are extravagant, but not because of the candles and 10 courses - but because you can tell every detail is made in love. I think it doesn’t matter what she serves, it’s how she makes her guests feel. The dinners have become so popular, that the only way to get an invite is to send in a physical postcard. It’s hard to explain, so you should give it a watch sometime. Anyway, I didn’t get to have dinner but we did get to explore the mill, have some delicious snacks at the cafe, and shop at the store! I picked up a signed copy of her memoir. I met her husband Michael (who helped us park our camper) and her mom too, but no Erin this time. Maybe next year, I’ll actually send my post card and meet chef too. ❤️

If you’re looking for a solid all-inclusive in Cabo of the adults-only persuasion : @secretspuertoloscabos has you covered! The pool is epic, the service is top notch, and the views are amazing. Just booked! ❤ USVI Romance Package ❤ February 2025: 3 Nights at Carambola Beach Resort in St. Croix plus 3 Nights at Bolongo Bay in St. Thomas for February = no winter blues to be seen! Only ocean blues.. just how we like it.

Seriously how much time does it really take you to plan a trip? If you’re the kind of person who’d rather be doing anything else but searching the inter webs for “deals” you could probably use a travel advisor. Why not get back 4-6 hours of your life and still have a perfectly planned vacation to boot?

Food and travel - two of my biggest loves. I have no shame about my food photo game and you can keep scrolling if you don’t like it 😆. You can bet when I am cruising or touring I’m going to find something to eat!! Do you travel to eat? What’s the best thing you’ve tried lately??

Did I spend 8 hours in the car in one day to check out #pellaiowatulipfestival … yes 😆. I rarely miss a chance to hang out with one of my best friends and when she invited me I was ready to go! We love sunshine, flowers, and free time to catch up on life. Day trips/ girl trips are always worth it ❤️❤️
