Surfers Paradise is where I grew up, with beautiful beaches, loads of sunshine and freedom in our days.
After Cyclone Alfred visited us this past weekend, this is what it now looks like.
Fortunately the beach will come back, with help.
This is also a lesson in that nothing is permanent ...
Maha Avatar Babaji used to say "The flow of life plays out. The fog slowly lifts and the path becomes visible. But always be aware that the path is like the Ganges, always changing, never still." Remember that change is the Law of Nature.
"Change, change, change.....this is the way of the Universe."

Last week I took off for a few days into the country for time for my Soul. Surrounded by lush green nature everywhere I looked it was so soothing and peaceful. There was a quiet reverence on the land … bliss for my being.

I also managed a visit to the beach to feel the sun on my body and to breathe the ocean air.

A great way to recharge my energies, be grounded and expand my current perception.

We really need to do this regularly 💫
