Found in India, 5000 years old, made from a single rock

Dr. Arjun Mehra, a renowned archaeologist with a passion for uncovering the mysteries of ancient India, had spent decades traveling through the subcontinent. His latest expedition took him to the Thar Desert, where local legends spoke of a great relic buried somewhere in the shifting sands. Driven by these tales and a tattered map he had acquired from an elderly villager, Dr. Mehra and his team began their excavation.

Today the sun is shining here on my lovely home on the Gold Coast and it reminds me of many days of bliss in the first overseas country I visited when I was 22. Bali has always held a special place in my heart and I miss the creativity that the Balinese are know for, the lush fields, the abundance of flowers everywhere and most of all the honouring of the Divine.

My last visit I found two wonderful potential retreat spaces for the next Bali retreat which was planned for late 2020! I trust that these places will still be available in 6 to 12 months time when I get to return again.

I know that my spirit teams are working with me to take the retreats to the next level. Its exciting and, to be honest, I'm a little nervous about stepping into this new vibration!!

Watch this space for the updates of when the new Bali retreat will be and what it is about. Love to you all, keep your vibration high and continue bringing in the Light into your being.

5 years ago … when I close my eyes and feel into this photo I can ‘be’ where I was on this day in 2017.
In a market place in Delhi and I can see the hustle and bustle of city life around me. The smells fill my nostrils, the sounds come back to me, voices chatting in Hindi, children playing, merchants calling out their goods, people buying their wares. My senses are alive in this place …
oh to be there again one day I pray to return to beloved India. 🙏 🇮🇳 💞

The heart felt honouring of the Divine, in its many forms, brings us into a greater connection with our own heart space. This is what I miss traveling to devotional based countries.
Here Ganesh reigns over the pool and the restaurant the other side, blessings us as we nourish our bodies and reminding us of the soul connection.
Ohhh I miss this beautiful land of Bali ... soon I trust I shall return 💜❤️💛🧡

The Navaratri festival, at Chillianaula, India, called me many times over the years. My first visit there was in 1992 and it was a journey that I will always remember. There have been many more visits since then, I have been blessed to be called by Maha Avatar Babaji to his abode high in the mountains near Raniket. A place where many magical moments have been experienced, opening my heart and deepening my awareness.

I hope to return again one day ❤🙏❤

Namaste to you!
The divine in me greets the divine in you.
More and more these days we see this gesture being performed in yoga classes, meditation and chant groups, but do you know what it means?
Namasté is a salutation of respect and reverence. It’s a traditional Indian greeting, that translates to "I bow to you".
I see it as the deep acknowledgement of the divine both within yourself and within others. The divine in me bows to the divine in you.
To make the gesture we use the Anjali Mudra (hands in prayer position) either at the heart or the forehead. And generally, with a slight bow of the head.
Its a beautiful and deep representation of respect and spiritual acknowledgement towards the other person.
On my visits to India I loved how people would greet me … ‘Namaste’. I always thought it sounded so much better then ‘Hello’. I do miss hearing the beautiful voices, of the children especially, greeting me ‘namaste’.

This was me several years ago in Bali choosing colourful sarongs, one of the gifts given to each of the lovely ladies on my retreats in Balian, on the west coast of Bali.
I am looking forward to being able to travel to this Isle of the Gods in time.
Meanwhile a new retreat is in the planning for the local northern NSW or Qld area. I feel its time to offer these life changing and uplifting events once again... here on home soil.
Its a time to come together and raise our own vibrations as well as doing planetary upliftment. 💖🙏
