Good morning Networkers!☺
Any problem can be solved kung mahahanap mo lang yung pinagmulan nito. As long as you are too concerned about the symptoms of a problem and not the roots of it, hinding hindi mawawala ang problema mo.
So when it comes to lack of duplication sa team mo, ano kaya ang root cause niya? Focus on that and your problems will be solved. Ito pa isa, focus on solutions not the problem itself.
What is the root cause of the lack of duplication sa isang network marketing team?
You must build on their strength and skills. Huwag mong palangoyin ang agila. Huwag mo rin paliparin ang pating. Each of them have their own strengths and weaknesses, so build on their strength not on yours.
This is their business and you are their coach. Kaya it doesn’t matter what you can do or what you know, what matters is what they can do and they know.
If lack of understanding ang problem, then explain the business in the way that he or she will understand. Adjust to their culture and abilities para maintindhihan niya ung tinuturo mo. Kung magsasaka yan, then teach them using planting as an example. Kung mangingisda naman yan, teach them using fishing as an example.
You must communicate with them in the method that they would understand.
Now, if your business is internet marketing, you shouldn’t recruit people who do not even know what the internet means. Papasok na tayo sa sorting ngayon. Remember, your job is SORTING not CONVINCING.
You do not have to convince anybody, you just have to find qualified people for your business.
When people join you kasi nahiya lang sayo and hindi naman talaga sila seryoso, hindi talaga yan mag duduplicate. Hindi yan mag wo-work. And no amount of coaching or motivating in your part will make them work.
When you beg or force someone to join your team, that is the time na nagmumukha ka ng unprofessional. YOU ARE A PROFESSIONAL NETWORK MARKETER! Kaya raise your standards! Do not debase yourself to that level.
Sort them out, if they are not qualified, do not recruit them.
Now, what if nag sort out ka naman, pinadaan mo muna siya sa qualifying process tapos mukhang ok naman, kaya pina join mo, tapos in the end, after nila mag join, hindi pa rin nag work. What do you do?
Sabi ni Jim Rohn, “Spend time with people who deserve you”. If they eventually prove themselves not qualified kahit ginawa mo naman lahat to make sure he was, then just move on. People change you know, circumstances in our life makes us qualified or not. A change in a person’s circumstances might make him unqualified kahit before qualified naman siya.
Halimbawa, dati very motivated siya na mag network kasi nag iipon for his kasal, eh nag bago ung isip ng fiancé niya, eh di wala na siyang motivation. Ayaw niya na mag network. There is nothing you can do about it. Only he can make himself motivated again.
“SW3 NEXT” principle will now come in hand. Some WILL work, Some WILL not, so WHAT, NEXT. Ayaw niya mag work, eh di wag, move on ka na lang sa sunod na tao na mas deserving sa coaching mo.
Now do you want to know the biggest obstacle kung bakit may mga downlines na hindi nag re-recruit?
Kasi they are COPYING YOU.
They say na we are all in the “copy business”. We look up to our uplines and we stay motivated and strong as long as they are motivated and strong. That is true.
Well, guess what, IKAW ANG IDOLO ng mga downlines mo. And what can you expect, ikaw nga mismo hindi ka makapag recruit sila pa kaya?
Kaya “LEAD BY EXAMPLE!”
You don’t say, “YOU GO DO IT”, you say “LET’S GO DO IT”. This is true leadership.
You don’t sit back behind your team and motivate them from behind; you run in front and lead your team to victory!
