Quebec city has endless local vegan restaurants that must be tried. I can't wait to go back next week to try one more! :-) Here are a few names of local restaurants:

Hotel Bellevue Palma Real, Varadero, Cuba (3.5 star hotel)

I have to admit this hotel/resort surprised me in every way possible. The food was amazing; all served fresh and succulent. They offer many Vegan options at each meal. Even breakfast! Trust me, you will not go hungry.

The resort is clean and staff very personable. I would recommend this resort to anyone. I met a couple on my vacation and this was their 19th times back at the hotel/resort.

The beach is situated across the street, but only a few minutes in walking distance. The resort has a spot on the beach with a bar, small kitchen to serve lunch, washrooms and showers. They have chairs and parasols for their guests. Just get there early enough in the morning to secure your chair. The beach gets busy fast.

As to pools, they have many at the resort, and they are very clean.

As to the night entertainment, if you are a Salsa dancer or enjoy Latin music, this resort is in the heart of the action. Many bars and restaurants are in walking distance. Shopping is also in walking distance.

One thing you need to know, if you book at this hotel, make sure you ask to be placed (your room) in the newest building of the hotel.
