It was an honor to hold the space for women to be vulnerable, deeply connect and glean powerful insights about their purpose on this earth.

In a time when the world is full of chaos, my hope is to empower women to take control of their destiny and kick major ass.

Three months ago, I started holding myself accountable for setting my purpose into motion. I fast-forwarded my 5-year vision, by acting on my long-term goals NOW instead of holding off for the right time (as if there's ever a right time). Once I clarified my vision, navigating uncertainty became easy. Like a personal North Star guiding me closer to who I am and what I want.

My motto has become "movement over perfection" and it's serving me well. I'm curious, open and adaptive, constantly iterating and evolving as I go. Continuous momentum, insight and progress. I can't believe how much I've accomplished in such a short amount of time. I'm living out the dream I didn't think was possible until 2020.

Tomorrow, I'll be hosting my very first women's leadership workshop, with an amazing team of strong, inspiring women by my side! Savoring every moment of this exciting new beginning! Wow. Just wow.

Last year was a whirlwind! For the first time ever, I intentionally designed my life in a way that aligned to who I am and what I want.

Facilitating workshops in Switzerland, culinary fun in Paris, a gala in Lisbon, freckles from Cabo, traveling with an executive team to London, standing ovations in NYC, a promotion, crazy stupid heartbreak and healing, spa trips to Vegas, setting boundaries, letting go, deep connections, lots of dancing, new home, plenty of champagne (and chocolate), horoscopes and psychic readings, concerts, yoga, awesome friendships, hiking, BIG SUR, quality time with family, a fat tire bike ride in snowy Colorado, launching my passion project, BIG lessons and insight...But mostly self-respect, self-care, love and gratitude.
