The Strelitzia Project continues to grow! Again, from my own rudimentary drawings into reality 😂🙌🏼. This will be the new private, sheltered terrace for the Skyloft studio. We have hidden a staircase within the new design that will take guests up to their very own private sun terrace on top of the new studio. The new sun terrace will be 4 stories high, so the views are going to be awesome 👏🏼

Due to a dispute with the company that built the house, we were left without a kitchen for our AirBnB studio. Then we ran out of money so we built a makeshift one, which was, quite frankly, not good enough for our guests. On top of all of that, an oversight in the design of the house left all of the ugly electrical breakers for the entire house in full view on the wall. Today, we finally have our fitted kitchen! We also managed to covered up the electrical breakers with the “coffee bar” design, whilst still being able to access them easily if needed. We are still missing a door or two, some taps and an extractor, but we were too excited not to show you straight away! The Strelitzia Studio is getting a glow-up!

Our Airbnb has been closed whilst we make some much needed improvements🙏🏼. The fitted kitchen is finally going in 🙌🏼. The countertop and cupboard wall has been completed, and cabinets will be installed next week 🙌🏼. Hoping to get The Strelitzia Studio up and running again by the end of June 💪🏼🙌🏼🇲🇽

In 2020, Windwoode LV is set to raise the bar for luxury vacation rental in Playa Del Carmen with Strelitzia

After working for over 14 years in the ultra high-end travel retail markets, Jordan knows a thing or two about luxury and exemplary customer service. In 2020, Jordan is taking all of his experience he has gained over the years in order to launch Windwoode LV (Luxury Vacations), with the sole aim of raising the bar for personalized high-end vacation experiences in some of the most beautiful destinations in the world.

In June 2020 his first project; Strelitzia, which will have been 4 years in the making, will launch in Playa Del Carmen and will set a new standard for modern, ultra high-end vacation experiences. Philips Hue Lighting, Alexa voice control, Sonos wireless music system, 4K Swimming Pool Movie Theater, Wireless Charging, Samsung Family Hub, Smart Locks, Smart Glass, Camera Security and more, all controlled via your voice, your phone, or the houses’ built in iPad control points. With a private Cenote and infinity pool mere steps from the kitchen, and the pristine Caribbean beaches of Playa Del Carmen just 5 minutes away, Windwoode LV aims to create something special in 2020.
