Based in San Diego, is a true California girl who frequents Montecito and LA whenever she can. Her appreciation for beautiful hotels (and the Nancy Meyers aesthetic) makes her a perfect fit for — and her eye for design and details have already made a significant impact behind-the-scenes in the two months she’s been on board.

Sarah has been supporting our founder, , in curating personalized itineraries for her clients, ensuring every detail of their travel experience is tailored to perfection. Her role will also enhance and improve our business operations, improving how Team Arbiter works and providing all clients who are with an even more seamless experience.

January is off to the races for , so we are extra grateful we were able to carve out time for our annual Team Arbiter retreat this week — with 5/6 of us at least.

We got to enjoy one another’s company (thank you for hosting us); plus reflected on the accomplishments of 2023, strategized on how to improve going into this year and beyond, and set intentions with the wonderful .
