Unvaccinated couple removed from the Celebrity Edge for not staying with the shore excursion group. As Don says in the video, you are in another country. US laws do not apply. You agree to follow the rules and the laws of the port countries by boarding the cruise ship. This is going to be very costly for the couple as they now have to find a hotel and get airfare home, all at their own expense. Because they broke the rules (or local laws), the cruise line does not have to refund any portion of their trip.
