Might be the last hurah. We pulled the trigger and sent a groomer north up to pan trial 9. Condionts are going to be spotty because of all the wind that came with the snow. Grand Marais sent groomers out as well. Please watch for hazards.

21/03/2024

Long in the short of it from Pine Stump. Wish it was better news.

20/03/2024

Weatherman is calling for 4-8". Winds are strong out of the north right now. Hang tight. Were not green lighting anything yet. All of our gates are still closed. We'll keep everyone up to date as this storm progresses.

16/03/2024

Almost 90 vintage snowmobiles so far. Come check them at Pine Stump today. We have a couple groomers on display and the weather is looking good. Top of the Lake Snowmobile Museum is here as well so stop in.

We closed the gates today. Although the season is not officially over we have to protect our trails running through private property. We will evaluate the possibility of opening them up if we get enough snow to do so. The next 10 days doesnt look to promising.

We would like to give a big thank you to our land owners, volunteers, and club members. Without you this would not be possible.

Don't forget that tonight at 6:30pm We are having our monthly meeting at the groomer barn.

Congratulations to Bryan the winner of the Indy 650 from Renze power sports.

We have 2 groomers headed from Newberry to Holland Lake Staggimg area. North if town got somewhere around 8 ton10 inches. Its hard to tell because we had alot of blowing and drifting due to the high winds. If your venturing out conditions are like very early season. Take it easy and watch for down branches. Looking at the 10 day forcast this snow isnt going to last to long. Take advantage of it while you can. All of the local businesses really need your support.

It's been to warm to groom the last couple of days. The trail into town is dirt. There is still snow north. We recommend trailering up to Pine Stump or the Holland Lake staging area. County Roads and Fire Trails still have a lot of snow. Getting into towns is going to be tough. There is some snow in the forecast Thursday night into Friday. Hopefully the lake affect will kick in and give us another good blast. Wish we had better news. We will keep you all posted if the weather turns for the better.

Winter came back in force this weekend. Lake affect areas saw 14 to 18 inches by Sunday Night. We groomed 45 to CR500, 9/2 South to Eppoufette, and 9 North to Holland Lake staging area. 9 gets a little thin as you get closer to Newberry. The gates on 45 are open going into the falls Paradise is closed, but check their webpage for updates there are also 4 water holes between 500 and m123 that are open just use your best judgement to get around them

Update: We have a groomer headed south to Trout Lake. We are also opening the gates to the falls on trail 45. The gates going into Paradise are still closed. Please be careful as conditions are still much like early season.

For the latest Paradise trail reports follow Paradise Area Night Riders www.paradiseareanightriders.org

We groomed Trail 9 from town to Pine Stump as well as 45 to CR500. We did not open the gates to the falls. We have snow in the forecast all weekend. Hopefully we get enough to hit the south trail soon.

15/02/2024

The gates on trail 9 from Newberry are now open. Its very early riding conditions. We are going to try to go out and run this trail with a groomer tonight. Please be slow cautious to help preserve what we have.
