Marilyn has been in tune with nature and her intuition since a very young age. All things of sticks and stones and rocks and bone were collected in the beginning. Born in Texas and also living in Arizona, she developed an awareness of energy spaces, possibilities, a desire for a more inward journey and an awakening to a desire to be of service. Her intuition lead to the world of sound and v
ibrations and place where people could realize we are all connected. Drums were her first introduction to working in community to produce a singular sound. Percussion Relaxation therapy came to her in an “ahhhaaa” moment, followed by her own personal authentic dance therapy providing life balance. Bringing the Gong to the community has deepened her own personal and spiritual development. EXPERIENCE
Marilyn first heard the call of the Gong seven years ago. She was trained by Lawrence Michael Enderle, Gong Master, who trained by World Gong Master, Don Contreaux in Gants, England. After the first year of exploring the vibrations of the Gong, she purchased the Neptune Gong and began the intuitive journey to find the sound that represented her voice. She began bringing the Gong Experience to a variety of private and public groups. Over the last two years, she has brought other techniques she has either developed or studied to the public such as Percussion Relaxation Therapy, Vocal Chakra Toning, and Spiritual Hugs.
