Fred Butler has lived in London for over a decade, yet every day she still finds something new and interesting about the city, whether she’s cycling to catch a fashion show, DJ-ing a party, or going on training runs with the Run Dem Crew. Easing over the hump of the week with a Wednesday midday Restorative Yoga session especially for The Peninsulist series of Summer digital events 🧘🏼‍♀️.
For this FREE online session we’ll be focusing on rediscovering rest as an antidote to the current climate of unrest 🙏🏻.
It will be a chance to release the tension from fear that’s effecting our creativity and reignite our perceptions for possibility 💎.
Just as with my previous exhibition for NOW Gallery “Harmonics in Space” it’s an opportunity to step out of the hindrance of distractions to settle into the potential of spacious presence 🔮.

I look forward to welcoming you into my sanctuary at home, sparkling with irredescent surfaces from 🌐.
