It's been a crazy week so far this week.. It's been exam week, so pressure is on... presentations happening, lots of studying and writing.. tempers are getting short sometimes lol, but only a few more days before it's done and we're certified :)

Newest 'progress' pix.. or 'we are sick and losing weight like crazy' pix.. :P We had our astrology charts read here today, and a 'match making' chart, or checked our compatibility.. We are apparently quite compatible haha.. The guy was pretty good, he knew some things that he shouldn't have known, so it was quite interesting! Our signs over here are different than back home, it's a different type of reading over here.. all in all, really cool :)

Internet has been down all week.. So, we experienced our first 'monsoon'! 1 day of just pure, ridiculous rain.. I've NEVER seen anything like it, it was pretty cool.. until our room flooded lol.. Everything is fine now though, and back to regular beautiful warm weather here! :) We are finishing up our second week of school.. I've gotten a pulled hamstring.. the teaching style is pretty rough here sometimes lol.. they're starting to prep us for our exams.. we have to memorize and perform a few chants/mantras... we have to perform 10 random asanas and know their sanskrit names.. Those can be a bit confusing lol! :) there's of course a lot more but that's all we know so far..

We are finally not sick.. :) BUT here are the results of said sickness lol! We left home... 9 days ago, and I knew we would lose some weight, but this is more than anticipated! The zoom in on my second pic is a little small, but i think you get the point anyway lol

Tuesday... Sickness has started setting in with all the students here... I started to get very sick tuesday evening, and it persisted through all of yesterday.. Today I am a new person! Welcome to India for reals :)

Journey to Rishikesh... It's been a long few days! The experience has been nothing like expected, nothing at all. The kindness we have experienced from the people has been completely unexpected and so appreciated!!
