Day 6 of Snow Quest 2022.

As we descend down from the valley of Spiti, we had a nine hour drive from Tabo to Rampur Bushahr.

It was a relaxing drive with a visit to the famous Gue Monastery where you can find the natural mummy of Sangha Tenzin, a Buddhist monk from year 1430.

Post that we stopped at Sumdo to relish some Louth licking Samosa made in the Army canteen. It was heavenly.

A relaxed day filled with exploration and fun. ....

Day 5 of Snow Quest 2022 had nth adventures and history mixed together.

We explored Spiti, starting from the Key Monastery to Asia’s highest bridge Chichum Bridge. Sighted Wild animals such as Ibex and foxes on our way back from Chicham bridge which was amazing.

On our way back to Tabo, we did hardcore snow drive to reach Dhankar Monastery.

A day filled with fun and adventure.......

Day 4 of Snow Quest was all sorts of crazy.

The started with a morning visit to Tabo monastery, post which we drove towards Kaza looking over the most beautiful snow covered mountains on both sides of the road.

We paid a visit to Hikkim where explorers sent post cards to their friends and family from the 2nd highest post office in the world.

Post which we had a a very exciting time at Komic, the highest motor able village in the world with an outdoor lunch and women’s day celebration.

The highest moment of today was when we sighted the elusive snow leopard on our descend back to Kaza. It was thrilling to watch the shy Snow leopard climbing through the snow filled mountain rocks.

The day ended with a tasty home cooked Himachali food at our homestay at Kaza.

A very exciting day indeed. .....

The Scenic drive from Kalpa to Tabo along with visit to the famous Frozen Lake of Nako and the windy Moonland.

Snow Quest 2022.

Day 2 showed us the first glimpse of White Snow. We drove down to Kalpa from Narkanda looking over the Kailash range. A beautiful day in deed.

And the experience got enhanced by the tyres of , our official Tyre Partner.....

Day 1 was a scenic drive from Chandigarh to Narkanda, which ended in a beautiful stay at The Wilderness.
Lots of laughter.
