Sun Country customers who experienced a canceled flight can rebook themselves at no additional cost at suncountry.com by clicking on "Manage Trip" and selecting "Change Flight." For customers who do not rebook, you will automatically receive a full refund within 7 days. If you were not impacted by a canceled flight but want to make a change to your travel plans, we are currently waiving change fees as we work to restore our network.
