Many hear this term and think of sci-fi movies and scary machines named Hal, taking over the world. It seems like something foreboding that will happen in the future. Unlike standard google searches which may include two keywords, audio searches are usually a full question such as, “what time does the mall close?” instead of “mall hours.”

This would get picked up and allow you to rank higher with voice search.

Chatbots are becoming a popular tool that will likely continue to increase in 2019.

The Digital Marketing Institute describes them as, “specialized software that acts as a virtual "concierge," communicating and assisting users, interacting in a natural way, primarily through text chat windows, with verbal interactions are also possible.”
According to Forbes.com, by 2022, it's estimated that chatbots will help businesses save over $8 billion per year. This is because the Bots allow users to get personalized, focused interactions without exhausting human resources.
