I was born and raised in Italy, in the island of Sardinia where folkways are still very strong and stayed more or less unchanged in the last 600 years. I learned how to make my first ravioli at the age of 3 in my grandmother’s kitchen, with my mother and a flock of many, many, MANY aunts and cousins. The kitchen it’s always been where the real party was, every Sunday and every holiday! I truly have

learned from the best how to make everything from scratch. My desire now is for YOU to get a taste of Italy while learning how to prepare REAL Italian meals from scratch! Sardinian Style! Available one on one private classes in the comfort of your house or even cooking party with your family and friends. Prices varies on the menu. Supplies included.
