The MotherTruck Use my Campervan! Well here we go...

My lovely campervan needs to get out more. It spends a bit too much time mournfully languishing in Tottenham. p.s.

It does have some fun: regular Glastonbury's, holidays with my little girl etc etc, but...

It needs more love. It needs to enable some nice people to have a nice time, it needs to stretch its legs. It needs to strut its stuff by displaying its remarkable capabilities. It needs more fun! And... it needs to pay its way. For more details of the costs please send me a private message. A very basic l

owdown is as follows. More details if you contact me. It's a modern camper conversion from a long wheelbase Renault Master with all bells and whistles, no expense spared at the time of commissioning. This means:

A 2007 machine with a low mileage modern 2.5L turbo diesel so no limping up hills or along motorways and good economy to boot. Two double beds when folded out. High enough to stand up in [I am 6ft4]. Loads and loads of storage space: cupboards galore in van and a huge [and separate] boot. Its designed to provide space for bikes and surfboards up to 10ft long. All home comforts. I mean ALL home comforts. Check this out: thermostatic and programmable heating and hot water running off the diesel tank. Even a small shower! [if you stand outside...]

Usual camper stuff like hob and fridge. Extra bells and whistles like a] an inverter so you can plug in small items even when out in the wilds and b] an oven so you can make blackberry and apple crumble when also out in the wilds c] a full length awning for those meteorologically challenged days. Added extras: picnic table, an adult sized learner surfboard, a bodyboard, even use of my fantastic Dawes tandem if required. I almost forgot: a brand new Sevylor Pointer two man canoe too. How about that?! the relevance of the moniker The Mother Truck is not what you might think...
It is for the following reason. My dear departed ma loved amongst other things swimming, the sea and a good adventure. It was the windfall from her departing these shores that allowed purchase. It was bought in particular for adventures with my daughter Gabrielle in mind, and we have had a few too. Pyrenees, Northwest Scotland and several bucket and spade jobs in Devon besides. On the front and rear of the van is a piccie of my ma during her last seaside trip with me and Gabrielle in Bigbury in 2007. Sorry if it's a bit cheesy but there you go. If your street cred is sufficiently fragile to worry about such things then tough.

Hi guys. Here's the deal. My campervan needs more use to fulfil its wonderful potential for increasing the world's stock of human happiness. It is a really solid piece of kit: a modern low mileage van plus a serious professional camper conversion that cost 20K. Well maintained, economical [30mpg], speedy if you need it [75/80 on the cruise no problemo]. When I say all the mod cons I mean it. Fridge, cooker, sink, grill and oven, thermostatic and programmable heating and hot water, inverter for three pin plugs to work in the middle of nowhere, you get the idea. Sound system is not half bad either. It has had adventures in the Pyrenees, far NW Scotland and many points in between. Sleeps 4 cosily with much storage for all the toys: surfboards, tandem, two man canoe and fire pit can be supplied. Possible deal breaker is seat bets only for three in the front. Will actually fit up to nine with six on two benches in the back. Have a look at the [silly] videos and pictures for more info. Contact me for the arrangement. Available for friends and trusted friends of friends. Available now!
