We are a Sacramento based company specializing in the management of Mobile Home Communities.

Our company is quickly growing as we are acquiring many new properties requiring professional management and maintenance teams.

A critical role for each property is the job of Community Manager and Maintenance. We are currently have an opening to for a manager and maintenance team. We are looking for candidates for a 55+ Community in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Applicants should be self-motivated, show initiative, reliable, responsible, communicate well and be able to multi-task.

Applicants that have experience in property management, maintenance, or mobile home park operations is ideal.

Having knowledge of basic office computer platforms and software is mandatory. Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) communicators a plus but not required.

The job of a Community Manager is an important one as you are the primary person in charge of resident (customer) accounts and concerns.

Daily Duties of the job include but are not limited to:

-- Enforcing park rules and regulations

-- Answering phones

-- Executing signings of rental agreements

-- Working with Rent Manager management software

-- Collecting and depositing rent payments via check scanner

-- Moving residents in and out

-- Basic accounting and balancing

-- Servicing the residents of the community as your customers

-- Working with and communicating with a regional manager for effective community management

-- Working using Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Management Software, email, scanners, fax, and basic office tools.

-- Miscellaneous office administrative work, etc.

Requirements:

Must have reliable registered transportation

Must have valid Driver's License

BoaVida Communities is a national operator of Manufactured Home and RV Communities based in Sacramento. Our portfolio of 160+ properties is concentrated in California, but our locations span from coast to coast. We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Payroll Specialist to join our team.

We are looking for a knowledgeable Payroll Specialist to process and manage payroll for multiple companies. You will be the one to calculate wages based on hours worked and administer payments. A payroll specialist is able to use payroll software with accuracy and efficiency. Experience with Paychex Oasis is a plus, but experience with other payroll providers is also helpful. They are good with numbers and can be trusted with sensitive information. They have great communication skills to interact with colleagues and executives. The goal is to ensure personnel receives the correct compensation in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

Gather information on hours worked for each employee
Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc. with assistance of a timekeeping and payroll system.
Receive approval from upper management for payments when needed
Prepare and execute pay orders through an electronic system or distribute paychecks
Administer statements of payment to personnel either electronically or on paper
Process taxes and payment of employee benefits
Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc.
Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors
Prepare reports for upper management, human resources and finance department etc.
Skills

Proven experience as payroll specialist or payroll manager, preferably experience with multiple locations/companies
Solid understanding payroll best practices
Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field
Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant software (preferably Paychex Oasis, but experience with other provers is helpful) and databases
Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality
Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent; BSc/BA in business, accounting or relevant field is a plus

Our portfolio of 100+ properties is concentrated in California, but our locations span from coast to coast. We are currently seeking qualified candidates working in the Sacramento region to provide assistance in home sales, marketing, and titling.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
-Attend weekly sales meetings – collect and file weekly checklists, send out weekly inventory list, record PM/RM Attendance re: weekly sales call.
-General administrative tasks including calendaring, mail, prepping documents for signatures, filing, etc.
-Inventory and Title management – titling and tracking of manufactured homes/vehicles
-Loan document management – Seller Conditions/Buyer Conditions.
-Manage CallTrackingMetrics account – verify call counts/reviewing calls for training purposes, generate reports to provide to Sales/Title Department.
-Effectively market current homes for sale through social media platforms, Craigslist, MHVillage/Bay, etc.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
-Minimum 2 year of experience in admin/clerical work. Marketing experience is a plus.
-Knowledge of Craigslist, Facebook, and posting sales ads.
Individual must be a self-starter and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision, completing tasks in a timely manner.
-Individual must be outgoing, collaborative, and have the ability to bring new ideas to the team.
-Must be able to pass background check and substance screening.
