Unfortunately I won’t be able to have Zumba tonight. I’ve been admitted into the hospital in Toronto.

Not sure what the plans are but I will definitely get back as soon as I can and will keep you posted because right now isn’t an option.

I’m going to have to cancel Zumba for the rest of October due to medical reasons

It’s Wednesday!!!!

Zumba love night

So pumped for tonight and to dance with everyone. The college needs the gym next Wednesday (Oct 5) so that means we need to dance extra hard tonight because there won’t be Zumba next week. Let’s dance and sweat two weeks worth tonight!!

Heyyyyy Zumba Fam Jam!!!

Hope everyone has had a killer summer. So excited to get back at it in a few weeks. I am 99% sure that I’ll be starting up on Sept 12th but I’ll confirm next week.

Wanted to put some feelers out to see if I should keep the time of class the same (6:30pm) or if people would like it earlier.

Comment below and I’ll see what everyone says. Just curious if 6:30pm is a good time or if another time would be better on Wednesday’s.

Beyond words excited and can’t wait to see and dance with each and every one of you. It’s going to be epic 🙂

It’s a gorgeous day so what better way to spend it than dancing??

Unfortunately I have a lot going on with me and my family. I am going to take the summer to get everything ironed out and start back up in September.

Come dance with me tonight for the last time until then!! I wish I could continue over the summer but I need this time right now. I would love to see everyone before we break ❤️

Today is Bell Let’s Talk Day!!!

What a perfect day to have a Zumba class on.

For me, today has been special for me as I have struggled and overcame my mental health for years. The biggest factor that got me through it all was zumba.
