• Clean Car equipped with Mineral Water Bottles, New Paper, Tissue box and soothing odour.
• The Chauffeur Driving the car with proper gear shifts, using pot hole free roads, not using Mobile while driving, using routes prescribed by the booker and incase of diversion due to unavoidable circumstances taking permission / informing Pluto office about the same. Maintaining speed as per government norms. No Gossips or irrelevant talks initiated by the Chauffeur.
• In case of break down expectations a replacement within 60 minutes to 90 minutes depending on location.
• Filing off Feedback Forms, signing off the duty slip after completion and swiping of credit cards through the swiping machine to pay the final bill.
• Asking the guest the next requirement.
• Chauffeur helping the guest to unload the luggage, Holding an umbrella incase it’s raining,
• The Invoice reaching the Client as per the individual choice or Company Police.
