Denison brothers doubled up this time with their Cape buffalo!! We managed to select a perfect bull for Jeff and he made both his barrels count and dropped the bull with his second shot 👌!! This did not end there!!! A 2nd perfect bull appear and Tim was on the shooting sticks immediately waiting for my go ahead!! Also both barrels fired but the 1st shot was right in the spot!! Well done on a perfect double up and rest of the safari went on to be flawless with their excellent marksmanship.

We called this jackal in from seeing him 400m away in the road scouting for something to eat and when he started going away from us I decided to call with my predator caller. He immediately turned around heading directly for us. It took him only 5 min to get 50 yards from us never giving us a broadside shot in order for a minimum trophy damage shot. So "one shot one animal" had to take a frontal shot which did some damage, but nothing that our faithful taxidermy, , can't fix.

I hunted my first buffalo when I was 18 years old. It's been a 35 year passion for me and the deep respect and admiration I have for these courageous beasts has only grown over time.
This old Dagga boy lost one of his eyes years ago but still commanded a huge effort to bring down.
Congratulations to a our highly competent hunter who made every shot count!!

A big thank you to Louise who has made this year the greatest year of my life. She has been right by my side on every safari not just looking after the kitchen but supporting me with everything else to ensure every safari runs smoothly. What a pleasure to hunt with these guys!! I am always happy to spend my time with hunters and brothers who share the same passion.
We hunted quite a few of these beautiful antelope this year and Tim got the biggest one measuring 47 1/4" 👏👏. Well done Tim and his rifle that was flawless with every shot! 👌

I love double rifles!! Jeff came this year to hunt his buffalo with "Betsi" she is a beautiful sidelock double rifle build in 1965 in Austria. Cal 375H&H.

Jeff with his 2nd buffalo hunted with us. Measures 42". So nice to see him back after his last safari. He is now set on buffalo and will return to hunt with us early next year for his 3rd Cape buffalo.

Great black wildebeest taken by our hunter from Sweden. These special animals prefer the wide open plains and make for a difficult stalk - but with some crawling and cover where we really needed it, we found a great spot to set up the sticks and our hunter took a perfect shot!

The culmination of a five day with us in . This majestic animal measuring 43 3/8" was Elusive until we finally tracked him down just before sunset on the last day of the hunt. Making sure that this particular sable was the right one was one of the most difficult tasks I've had in my career as a hunter.

A beautiful Livingston Eland on Lake Kariba, Zambia side, within bow range!! However on this trip I had my eyes on a really big kudu bull. On the last day I got a 40y shot and hit a twig that deflected my arrow. This was 5 hard walk and stalk hunting days with temperatures reaching well over 40dc (October). I am going back for him most definitely.
