Owner Description
The caravan has all the mod cons you would expect from home to home. It’s a stunning home from home caravan which is tastefully decorated in a contemporary style. The pitch is private at the rear with no thorofare through from other caravan occupants. It is a short stroll away from all the main facilities and amenities. It is centrally heated and doubled glazed which makes the winter months even more comfortable and warm. The open plan lounge and dining room has lots of space and lots of seating, with a wall mounted gas fire and a 43 inch smart\freeview tv. The dining area seats 6 people comfortably.

There are two bathrooms, one en suite off the main bedroom and a shower bathroom in the main family bathroom. The bedrooms are roomy and the master bedroom has a huge double wardrobe with drawers incorporated. The second bedroom features two single beds with a wardrobe and drawer space which is also very adequate, Beds are made up prior to your arrival and we supply all the linen and towels for your stay, WE DO NOT PROVIDE SWIMMING TOWELS HOWEVER. There is a patio to the side of the caravan with tables and chairs and a gas bbq for al fresco dining, there is also a nice garden area with a rotary drier for your convenience. There is parking for one car also.
There is also a Bluetooth sound system which pipes music from your phone or device throughout the caravan for your enjoyment.

We ask for £100 bond/deposit to cover any breakages and damage which will be returned within 7 days after departure providing the caravan is left in the same condition. As you found it on arrival. A 25%deposit will be required upon booking with the remaining balance due 6weeks prior to arrival. Any last minute bookings received payment will be required in full if within the 6 weeks period from arrival. Bookings that are cancelled 8;weeks prior to arrival will loose the deposit paid.

STRICTLY NO SMOKING inside the caravan, however, smoking is permitted outside on the patio area.

NO PETS ALLOWED
