Shenzhen is a major city in Guangdong Province, located at southeastern China, and directly north of Hong Kong. It is known for its shopping destinations, contemporary buildings, and a number of amusement parks. Wudalianchi Geopark, or Five Big Linking Lakes, is situated in the northern part of Dedu County, Heilongjiang Province. This geological wonder has a history of over a million years. The eruptions of the volcanoes formed a natural and unique landscape. Wudalianchi National Geopark is also the first mineral spring in Asia and the second-largest worldwide. It is also a pleasant retreat for spa treatments. The Russians are the main customers and this is noticeable from the Russian inscriptions and architectures upon arrival of the village.

Jingbo Lake (Mirror Lake) at 1,150ft above sea level, is the largest alpine barrier lake in China and the second-largest of its kind in the world. It is Located on the Wanda Mountains, in Ningan County of Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province. This lake is famous for its craggy limestone cliffs and its turquoise waters containing 40 types of fish and fresh water coral. As one of the 18 world geoparks in China, Jingbo Lake is a heaven for scientists and travelers with an eye for natural wonders.

If travelers happen to miss both, there is the third choice: European-style architecture and food. The must-go first stop has to be Saint Sophia Cathedral, a former Russian Orthodox church built in 1907.

On the western edge of the Gobi Desert, near the ancient oasis town of Dunhuang, China, hundreds of cave temples were carved into a cliff face and decorated with Buddhist wall paintings and sculptures. The caves are known as the Mogao Grottoes.

Happy Mother's Day, Mom! After all that hard work, she totally deserves something nice for her special day. Unlike most moms who wait their children to take them out to a fancy restaurant. In Yingkou city, Northeast China's Liaoning province, women(moms) will actually celebrate this special holiday by putting on nice clothing qipao also known as cheongsam. Asia’s ‘steepest cable car’ starts service in Wuling Mountain near Chongqing, south-west China.
This cableway is 634 meters long with a climbing angle at 42.6 degrees compared to the maximum global standard of 45 degrees!!

If you’ve thought taking a glass elevator on a multistoried building is a breathtaking experience, then you must take a ride at the Bailong Elevator in Zhangjiajie, Hunan Province, in China, which is one of the World Natural Heritage.

The elevator was listed into the Guinness World Records, honored as “the highest, the fastest, largest-loaded elevator in the world".

If you are CRAZY for Chinese food and Disney, then Shanghai Disneyland’s restaurant might be the perfect place for you.

The resort released some specialties to be served only at Shanghai Disneyland. The dishes feature a combination of Chinese food and Disney elements, such as Mickey Pork Cake, Mickey Shrimp and more.

Shanghai Disneyland will open to the public on June 16. The special dishes are expected to be offered at the 600 to 1,000 canteens scattered in six different “lands.”

The design of the panda village was inspired by Sichuan, a region in the west of China. The filmmakers did a 10-day trip to the venue to observe real-life pandas. Besides Sichuan, Mount Qingcheng, which was covered in mist with beautiful rustic architecture, provided big inspiration for the village.
