Wanted to officially invite our Pier House guests to also come fish our new properties located where Caney Creek meets the ICW (not far from Mitchell's Cut). Look at the monster Greg caught there 1/3/25! When you stay at the Pier House, you have access to fish the ICW out back, the gulf out front and now Caney Creek.

Nothing could be more true! Girls trips to The Pier House are the best... cooking together (I mean watching Angie), playing games, dancing, visiting and laughing until our tummy's hurt all while surrounded by amazing water views out every window. I never want to leave. Happy 60th to The Queen Tammy McCall and it makes me so happy The Pier House was where you wanted to be celebrated. And thank you to one of our loyal guests, Jennifer Hill, for our cutest sign.

We have a rare opening this Labor Day weekend. The water his been more blue too and big fish are biting!

We heard power and water has been restored on the island! 😃 We will be having an electrician come out for some minor repairs before we power back up. Minor shingle damage was fixed today. Thanks for all the well wishes.

Here's some before and after clean up today. Again, really fortunate considering and grateful for the help! We did lose some ridgeline shingles but way less than most and that will be repaired tomorrow. Still no power and no water but we did have some cell service. I'll post some of the really bad damage later. We drove around to eat and cool off and took some pics.
