What's the best age to go to Disney with kids?! Well here are some things to consider...
💲Under 3 is free
🎢 Want to do the exciting rides as a family? Most kids will reach thrill ride height requirements around 5 or 6
👶We loved the 6-9 month range when they will nap in a baby carrier, aren't walking yet, and can be distracted with snacks
🤩 Want to go when they still believe in the magic? Try to go before they are 8, when most kids stop believing in Santa as well.

But mostly - go when you are ready to make some memories and have an incredible amount of fun!!! And don't forget to use your handy authorized Disney Travel Planner to help you get the most out of your trip 😄

And bonus - it's a Great Great value!!! Priced like a Disney value resort (rates start at $140/night) BUT with all the amenities of a moderate level (water slides, lazy river, larger rooms)

Disneyland I have missed you SOOO much!!

Bookings open for out of state guests starting June 15 and we will for sure be putting down a deposit to reserve a trip! I may have lived in Disney World, but Disneyland is my fav destination! ✈️🎠🏰

After our first Disney trip with 2 kids 2 and under here is what I’ve learned...

☀️ Don’t underestimate the Florida sun in Feb... Michael and I have the sunburns to prove it!

Speaking of sun, the cups free ice water had an extra bonus of being super entertaining to the little guy!

😴 Our sweet little girl snores... like REALLY loud... like crank up the white noise machine so we could try and sleep at night loud

Afternoon nap time was one of our favorite times in the park. We’d grab some iced coffees, find a shady park bench, and let the kids snooze while we cooled off and relaxed.

👙The pool day is such a must!!! The kids had so much in the splash pad and playground areas.

But my BIGGEST takeaway is that I love Disney more than ever. We’ve gone as just a couple and had fun all day everyday. I’ve gone with friends and family and had fun all day everyday. And now we’ve gone with two little kids and had fun all day everyday.

You can’t do everything on every trip... but that’s what makes every trip special and different. What ever your season of life or travel party... there is SOOO much fun to be had!!

We knew we were headed to Magic Kingdom with little kids but what other park??

SOOO glad we went with EPCOT!
Spent at least an hour in the Nemo aquarium
Got to meet Elsa and Anna!!
And Lilah fell in love with a little purple dragon named Figment, so naturally we had to bring him home 😄

Here’s a sneak peek at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort where we’ll be staying on our family vacation next week.

The resort has rooms that can accommodate up to 6 people, has the largest resort pool in WDW, access to the Disney Skyliner for transportation and is one of the few resorts on property where you can bring your dog on vacation! 🐾🐶👍

My personal favorite thing about the resort is all the huge Disney characters throughout that you can get pictures with! 😀
