We are on our 2nd week abroad the Windstar’s Wind Surf, this week in the BVI’s. We have seen these islands by private catamaran many times with great memories. This is definitely an alternative for those that want a larger ship.
Feels like our group has the ship to ourselves, great food, beautiful island tours and great times!

Tracy and I and many friends are several days in on a two week Caribbean Exploration trip. The Lesser Antilles this week, very tropical and mountainous especially Nevis!
Yesterday we were between the pintons in St. Lucia at Sugar Beach. Worth a weeks stay sometime! We are on a Windstar ship, if you can’t go on your own yacht this is the way to do it.

Lots of planes, jeeps and helicopters, and a couple of hurry up and waits-but made it to Lukla Nepal with my good friend Jeff Frame. Some of the most beautiful places in the world are worth the effort! Lukla is where trekkers from all over the world come to make there journey to Mt Everest. Jeff and I took a helicopter to the base camp. We did do a couple hour journey on the trail, unbelievable views and tea house and inns along the way. Wonderful hard working people here too! We came for a 2nd reason too. For many years Talk of the Town supported the Himalayan Children’s Charity and most recently Roswell Rotary as well. They take the poorest of children from orphanages and give them a place to live, support, love and put them through school, many often through University. The Founders Bruce and Susan Keenan live in our community. It’s been an eye opening journey.
