From the house you have direct access to the beach, which is only a few steps away down through the sand dunes. Art lovers will appreciate the newly renovated house filled with an abundance of original paintings. The family room, kitchen, TV room and two bedrooms all have ocean and water views, giving the property a magic light-filled feel. If you like to surf, there is a beach break right in fron

t of the house, point break at the Park Beach end, and a slow left hander at the Carlton river mouth, all within walking distance. And if you like fishing, you can try your luck off the beach or at the nearby Carlton River. Of course there are many wonderful things to see and do, but you may find the best thing for you, your family and friends is to just relax, unwind and enjoy the precious time you spend at this magical place in paradise.
