We are delighted to celebrate the successful completion of our Fresh Grade program and extend our warmest congratulations to the participants. The Fresh Grade program was designed to provide aspiring professionals with an opportunity to gain practical experience and develop their skills within our organization.

Throughout the program, the participants have demonstrated exceptional dedication, enthusiasm, and a strong commitment to learning and growth. They have actively contributed to various projects, collaborating with experienced professionals and acquiring valuable hands-on experience in their respective fields.

To mark this significant milestone, we will be hosting a graduation ceremony to recognize the accomplishments of our Fresh Grade participants. During the ceremony, we will acknowledge their hard work, perseverance, and the knowledge they have gained throughout the program.

Moreover, we are thrilled to announce that, based on business needs we will hire some of them as full-time employees.

We strongly believe in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, and the Fresh Grade program has been instrumental in identifying and nurturing promising talent. By providing participants with real-world experience and exposure to our company's operations, we aim to cultivate a skilled and motivated workforce that can contribute to our long-term growth.

Ability With Innovation is pleased to announce that we have launched a new Performance Management System format for full-time employees.

To commence the program, an employee self-evaluation, followed by managers review were conducted on 25th and 30th of January, respectively. Our HR team will analyze the evaluation results and submit a consolidated report on 8th of February 2023.

To grow AWI, we believe that we need to start with Human Capital Development. We are confident that training and performance evaluations are critical tools to improve staff performance and to facilitate our success.
