Just pulled off another epic dining experience with an amazing crew out in the bush. The early rise at dawn and the windy and chilly morning was all worth it. Our guests were happy, well-fed and on to another great day of game drives in the Maasai Mara. I am yet to tell the story of my journey to Angama because it has been so thrilling, nerve-wrecking, unpredictable, and most of all extremely busy! But someday I will share what brought me here, how I got here and where it is all going. For now, I will try to share the magic with you when I can. Like on this day when I had this view to myself as we set up for an exclusive dinner for 33 wonderful guests. Overlooking the grand Maasai Mara with a rainbow in the distance, I was reminded that even in the toughest times, life can still be beautiful. No fancy camera, no photo skills, just gratitude for this moment ✍️🏽 LS

We had the honor of hosting David Scarola Photography and family on a safari recently where our visit to Enkereri Village was memorable and eye-opening, as usual! Special thanks to the beautiful people of our adopted Maasai village for their hospitality and authenticity. A tribute to our grandpa and a nod to our family in Florida. We are sorry we can't be there today in person, but we are in spirit. We are honored to operate our business and wear the Sanguinetti family name every day. We believe grandpa would have been proud of what we do and what we represent under his name. May he rest in peace

Early this summer we had a family who needed to change their plans unexpectedly. It meant they didn't want their daughter alone in her own tent. In what is a busy season with all the top camps sold out, we were grateful to work with the likes of Kilima Camp, Maasai Mara, Kenya to make sure our guests had a comfy, spacious tent like this to share with their dear daughter. Mrs. Z has been on safari with us more than once! What an honor it is when someone chooses us, not once but twice! She shared these words after her second safari. We don't do this alone, however. We have the support of a full crew and service staff at each location that makes being in East Africa extra special! Shout out to and all the safari guides and staff we work with! Have you ever traveled somewhere and you find yourself taking a photo of something (or someone) because you don't want to forget that moment? It could be the simplest thing...like this seemingly random display of accompaniments. But in that moment, for you, it's worth remembering!

It could be the real leaves the chef used to color-contrast and plate his food, it could be the sounds around you at that time or the exceptional service you are experiencing...or all the above!

It was all the above when we stayed at Elewana's Loisaba Star Beds...the colors, the magic, the food, the people just blew us away! Can't wait to go back
