The stunning beauty of Campobello Island.

The full moon rises over Head Harbour Lighthouse (aka East Quoddy) between layers of clouds.

Aerial tiltorama with Mavic 3 Pro using the 70mm lens (35mm equivalent). Stitched in PTGui from 4 exposures at f/2.8, ISO 3200, 1/10th sec. Another shot at 1/2000th sec was used to blend in the moon just to have a little detail in it, because it was completely overexposed at 1/10th sec. Lightroom Classic’s AI noise reduction rescued the otherwise very noisy exposures. In hindsight I probably could have used a longer shutter speed for lower noise and still get sharp images, it’s surprising how well the gimbal keeps the lens stable even at long focal lengths. But checking images on the remote is slow and not very helpful for really seeing detail, and I didn’t have time to check with the moon moving in and out of position quickly.
