I paid attention when I didn't get the invite.
I paid attention when I didn't get a thank you.
I paid attention when I didn't get the apology.
I paid attention when a room would go silent when I entered.
I paid attention when folks believed lies about me and never asked me.
I paid attention when they didn't show up for me.
I paid attention when my important life events didn't even get a congratulatory phone call or text.
I paid attention to the disrespect and yes I took it personal.

So now I rarely leave my bubble, my space and I choose my peace every time.
If I make it to an event I'm invited to consider it a blessing.
I raised the bar for who has the pleasure to be around MY SPIRIT.
Because I have a good one.
Done fighting spirits that were created to take me off course...

Success demands these 6 things..

(The Secret Formula)

1. Hard Work

Don't believe in luck, believe in hard work.

Stop trying to rush the process or searching for a shortcut.

There is none.

2. Patience

If you are losing the patience, you are losing the battle.

First nothing happens, then it happens slowly and suddenly all at once.

Most people give up at stage one.

3. Sacrifice

If you don't sacrifice for what you want, then what you want becomes the sacrifice.

Everything has its price. The question is: Are you ready to pay it for the life you desire?

4. Consistency

Consistency is what transforms average into excellence.

Without consistency, you will never achieve greater success.

5. Discipline

Motivation gets you going, but discipline keeps you growing.

There will be days when you don't “feel” like doing it.

You have to push through those days regardless of how you feel.

6. Self Confidence

Confidence is, I'll be fine if they don't like me.

the dark that pulls us apart
you see what you fear
and now everyone begins to disappear
this world holds so much hate
in this world what is fate?
Sometimes we do not know what we fear
but we know it nears
and I of all people will rise
and I will learn to be wise
nor will my fears push me away
nor will I die today
I will not run from it anymore
it's time I open the door
and all those that I love
are going to know I'm coming above
I now will be able to sleep at night
knowing that I don't have to fight
this is the first step of being free
I have no right to hold up so much greed
and no matter where, when, or how
I just know it's time to do this now
its time that I let the light in
and stop running from something so thin
I do not know where I will go
but I know I'll leave in a flawless flow
this is where my life is bound
it's time that my inner self is found

Doesn't that mean you come "from" and now exist in a "place" that "precedes" both?
Wouldn't this then mean that you're really everywhere, always?

While it is intimacy that we long for so deeply, it can be terrifying to allow in the implications of living in this way. This fear is not some sort of error or mistake which must be corrected by spiritual process, but is natural, ordinary, and a reflection of how alive you are… and of the risk that staying open to your vulnerability will always require.
As an embodied, sensitive human being, it’s probably wise to count on this fear, this hesitancy, this shakiness, and this uncertainty to be your companions, off and on, for the rest of your life. As important members of your inner family, they are not obstacles to overcome, but alive, full-spectrum energies for you to explore and integrate. They are continuously shape-shifting and taking form as your perception, your emotions, your feelings, and your sensations – even as the colors, the trees, the deer, and the others in your life.
The work, then, is not to see how quickly you can convert the fear to courage, the uncertainty to certainty, or the unknown into the known. Or to see how fast you can cover over your vulnerability or “heal” your sensitivity, or to abandon the groundlessness for some sort of resolved state where only the feelings you like are present. For the freedom you are longing for will never be found by means of this project of conversion.
Rather, this freedom – and aliveness – is already here, is uncaused, and is waiting for you in the unconditional commitment to fully participating in the truth of your experience as it is, whether it conforms to your hopes, fears, and preferences, or not. The movement of love is untamed and wildly creative – spinning out of the unknown – and is never going to conform to the way we thought it would be.
In this, you may discover that in the willingness to turn toward your fear and your vulnerability, to enter inside it, and to hold that scared little girl (or boy) that is in there... to finally listen to her and provide her sanctuary, and to not abandon him... that there is nothing more intimate than this. Surround this one with your heart and see if there is any intimacy missing from your life.

THE 3 TYPES OF PEOPLE IN YOUR LIFE..

1. The Leaf people
2. The Branch people
3. The Root people

LEAF PEOPLE:
These are people who come into your life just for a season. You can't depend on them because they are weak. They only come to take what they want, but if the wind comes they will leave.
You need to be careful of these people because they love you when things are okay, but when the wind comes they will leave you 🤗

BRANCH PEOPLE:
They are strong, but you need to be careful with them too. They break away when life becomes tough and they can't handle too much weight. They may stay with you in some seasons, but they will go when it becomes harder ✊

ROOT PEOPLE: These people are very important because they don't do things to be seen. They are supportive even if you go through a difficult time they will water you and they are not moved by your position they just love you like that ...

It's not all people you meet or are your friends, that will stay with you.
Only the root type of people will stay no matter the season

"You work 8 hours to live 4.
You work 6 days to enjoy 1.
You work 8 hours to eat in 15 minutes.
You work 8 hours of sleep 5.
You work all year just to take a week or two vacation.
You work all your life to retire in old age.
And contemplate only your last breaths.
Eventually you realize that life is nothing but a parody of yourself practicing your own oblivion.
We have become so accustomed to material and social slavery that we no longer see the chains.. "
Life is a short journey, live it!

WOMAN

When God created woman he was working late on the 6th day.......

An angel came by and asked." Why spend so much time on her?"

The lord answered. "Have you seen all the specifications I have to meet to shape her?"

She must function on all kinds of situations,
She must be able to embrace several kids at the same time,
Have a hug that can heal anything from a bruised knee to a broken heart,
She must do all this with only two hands,"
She cures herself when sick and can work 18 hours a day"

THE ANGEL was impressed" Just two hands.....impossible!

And this is the standard model?"

The Angel came closer and touched the woman"
"But you have made her so soft, Lord".
"She is soft", said the Lord,
"But I have made her strong. You can't imagine what she can endure and overcome"

"Can she think?" The Angel asked...
The Lord answered. "Not only can she think, she can reason and negotiate"

The Angel touched her cheeks....
"Lord, it seems this creation is leaking! You have put too many burdens on her"
"She is not leaking...it is a tear" The Lord corrected the Angel…

"What's it for?" Asked the Angel..... .
The Lord said. "Tears are her way of expressing her grief, her doubts, her love, her loneliness, her suffering and her pride."...

This made a big impression on the Angel,
"Lord, you are a genius. You thought of everything.
A woman is indeed marvellous"

Lord said."Indeed she is.
She has strength that amazes a man.
She can handle trouble and carry heavy burdens.
She holds happiness, love and opinions.
She smiles when she feels like screaming.
She sings when she feels like crying, cries when happy and laughs when afraid.
She fights for what she believes in.

Her love is unconditional.
Her heart is broken when a next-of-kin or a friend dies but she finds strength to get on with life"

The Angel asked: So she is a perfect being?
The lord replied: No. She has just one drawback
"She often forgets what she is worth".
