Break Free Now Workshops for Teenagers BreakFreeNow is a 2 day empowering workshop for Teenagers aged between 13 and 17yrs of age. Our teenagers are facing a world more complex than ever before.

The pressures on our young people are huge. Pressure on parents, to figure it out, while raising their kids is increasingly difficult. BreakFreeNow recognises this and provides empowering, life-changing, interactive workshops for teenagers between 13 and 17 years of age. The BreakFreeNow workshops deliver high quality journeys of exploration and discovery which confront the real issues that young

people themselves are facing. The outcomes for teenagers who have been in previous workshops has been incredible. Teenagers learn to see themselves in a positive light in an astonishingly quick period of time. The growth is massive as they come to terms with how they deal with their family, their friends, peer pressure, schools and teachers, pressures to take drugs, finding and achieving their dreams, their self-esteem; and learning the tools of how to deal with them confidently and powerfully in a way that lasts and lasts.
