Our mission is to provide top notch family portraits at a low cost while moving your business or organization forward with the hopes you will select us for all your fundraising needs in the future. We offer a

n inexpensive product that produces results for you and all your supporters. If you have ever participated in a portrait fundraiser before you know that while the offer seems like a bargain at first, most companies will be charging hefty prices for the extra prints they provide. This puts you and your patrons in a predicament when they mostly just want to help with your fundraiser but end up spending hundreds of dollars for the final product, we are not about that. By offering C.D.'s instead of prints we cut our cost enabling us to trim yours as well. What better way to keep your customers coming back the next time you embark on another fundraising event. We treat your patrons with dignity and the respect they deserve, lets face it while in your location we understand that we are representing you. We are a small company, just me and my wife so if you are satisfied with our work you will recieve the same product if you ever do business with us again. We never ask for money and you keep every penny of all your certificate sales no matter what. If you decide you would like to have a fundraising event with us we rush you out a packet to get you started. Your packet will have all essential items to get your fundraiser going from start to finish, we will be there with you every step of the way to help you with anything you may not understand about your packet and the whole fundraising process. When you start selling your certificates you will be charging ten dollars for each one, this pays their sitting fee and reserves your customer a twenty minute photography appointment. Remember this is your money make checks payable to your organization because we will never ask for that money it is yours. We also suggest you collect the money before giving out certificates to ensure your customers attend their appointment. You may have people to help you sell these certificates, you can use whoever you choose. If a seller working for you sells five certificates and they show up to be photographed, that seller recieves a free C.D., you will be recieving a free C.D. just for booking a program with us, but anyone else looking for a free C.D. needs five sales, but why stop at five, someone may miss their appointment so we suggest selling more than five to ensure that your sellers get their reward. So you sell certificates make appointments and we do the rest and you get paid for having us, pretty cut and dry but there's more money in it for you, upon finishing your photography fundraiser we will be giving you twenty percent of everything minus the taxes that we sold. So if we make one-thousand dollars you will get two-hundred dollars to add to what you have already made. You will not have to wait for this bonus money because we pay you before we leave at the end of the last scheduled appointment. Most of the time we pay cash, but in some cases where we recieve more checks than cash for portrait sales we write you a check right then and there. Most companies never do this, but it's what we think is fair. Doing a fundraiser with us is pure profit to you and your organization, but that does not mean that it's easy, you will be making calls, selling certificates, recieving calls, and scheduling appointments, and that's why we pay so well. Now i will describe what we offer your customers. The ten dollars they spend is their sitting fee, we offer two selections of C.D.'s, if they want the full ten pose C.D. it is available for sixty dollars plus tax, if they choose the five pose C.D. it costs only thirty dollars plus tax. All C.D.'s are available just as soon as the photography session is over. Every pose on the disc will be unique, no duplicates, giving your customer a wonderful variety. monitor, so your customers will know exactly what they are purchasing. Every C.D. has a full copyright release enscribed right on the disc and comes with a copyright release form to ensure your customers can print their portraits anywhere they choose. This copyright never expires. Having a disc is so much better than having prints, your customers can print as many or as little as they want, in whatever size or color they choose. Also if ever a portrait is damaged or lost they can just print another, i've seen alot of tragic losses in portraits that meant the world to someone lost, but by having a disc can be prevented. We keep our customers images for one month in our files just in case they lose their disc, and will mail them another if a problem arises. We suggest everyone simply email their portraits to themselves, and make sure to keep that email active, this way if their disc is lost or even their computer is damaged, those images will stay on that email forever. So by doing these things your customers' portraits are protected forever. Since customers own the copyrights to these discs, they can make as many duplicate discs as they want, enabling them to share with anyone. We only keep files of these images for one month so we urge everyone to make copies and email their images to themselves as soon as possible. Now during the photography session we offer costumes for children from infants to eleven or twelve years of age. We also bring lots of props and decorations along with many background options. We photograph anything and everything from families to babies and even pets if the location you provide allows pets. Now lets talk about how much space we will need to perform the photography process. We need eight foot ceilings, and a fifteen by fifteen clear floor space. Bathrooms are a must for costume changes. And heating or cooling with two or more power outlets, and that's it. If you do not have a space for the photography we will split the cost of up to eighty dollars per day in the location of your choice. The photography equipment stays set up until we finish the entire photo shoot on the last day. Some photo shoots take up to three days if you are successful in selling alot of certificates, yet that means more money for your organization, so please keep us as long you can. We travel out of state to most places we photograph in, this means we have some travel expense, so we need a minimum of forty certificates sold and scheduled to book your program, this is usually not at all a problem with the wonderful bargain we offer. Yet we hope you have a super successful sale and sell all you can, the more the better.
