Happy Saturday everyone! It's been a cold and busy week here! Most of the 14 have all left for their new homes... 4 babies remain and 3 will be leaving out this coming week, weather permitting! Miss Pink Della is currently entertaining new family prospects, she is a very adaptable large medium drive female.

We hope that everyone is staying safe and warm, it looks like most of the country is dealing with some deep cold right now! We are all doing well here, spent most of last week preparing the farm for these conditions, all the dogs are having a blast in the little bit of snow we got! Some of the pups have already been picked up, but with the sun finally out today, I took some time to get updated pictures of the 10 babies that are still here.. most will be leaving out as weather permits over the coming week! Incredible group of pups going into some really amazing homes!

8 week old Dagger and Haven pups! Tons of personality and eye contact on these guys! We have been thrilled with the opportunity to work with genetics from Haven and watch another Dagger stamped litter mature, really a uniform type on all of his pups.

Oh my goodness! Check out these precious Dagger and Haven 5 week olds! In typical Dagger fashion, tons of great eye contact and a very happy, social group of young pups! Haven's strength of pedigree most certainly compliments our breeding goals, this is a very consistent litter with exactly the type we strive for.

Oh My! It is already puppy picture time for the babies that will be going to new homes in early 2024!! Della and Haven litters, both turn 4 weeks old this week, with Della's turning 4 weeks this past Tuesday and Haven's will be 4 weeks old tomorrow... I am going to post all 14 baby pictures here and I will go through and add the caption on who is who.. We are very pleased with all the pups, super healthy and already exhibiting good social skills.

A few days after Della and Brawndo's litter arrived, this beautiful gal, blessed us with 7 healthy pups, sired by Dagger vom HeartSoul. This is Haven von Shield. Haven has stayed with us over the summer and is owned by a very close friend who gave us the opportunity to work with her bloodlines and have a litter of Dagger pups. Haven easily checks all of the boxes on the type of German Shepherd we strive to produce, she has an ideal family dog disposition, highly intelligent, easy to work with and live with, she has been a dream to have here and we are super excited to see her pups by Dagger. Haven has 2 females and 5 males.

We've been BUSY! Just as the last of the fall litters are heading out to their families, we had 2 more beautiful litters born, which will be the early 2024 litters that everyone has been lining up for! The first is a litter of 7 from Della and Brawndo.. these will be full genetic siblings to the babies we just had this past fall. Della is Dosia and Dagger's full sister. 3 males and 4 females! All reserved at this time.

PSA - We had had a very busy weekend here on the farm, it is opening deer season as well as our early 2024 ready litters are being born. I have been totally overwhelmed with clients texting, emailing, PM'ing and calling asking about how to feed their dogs with the Victor recall, so I figured this was the best way for me to respond to everyone. We are pretty much in the same boat as everyone else who feeds Victor. I will be making a trip to my local town this week and looking at my options, we have not used another dog food in many years, so I am not sure what I have access to at the moment. I expect to be bringing back some Diamond Naturals and or possibly Blue Buffalo as a temporary switch until Victor comes back on to shelves.. We will lean heavily on our RAW meat, thank goodness we are into hunting season and cool weather. Happy hunting everyone! 🥰

Last week was a blur.... Most of the Rita babies all left for new homes, all of the picking has been completed in the Dosia litter! No one scheduled to come today, so we are playing catch up on everything, leash work with these 3 remaining Rita and Dagger pups and will start on 9 week pictures and play time for Dosia pups here shortly now that the rain has stopped and there is enough sunlight...... oh... and paperwork.. the never ending paperwork! 😃

Pleading PSA... if you are going to change your pick up or scheduled visit time, please let me know... we are booked very tight at the moment with both litters as well as other daily obligations and it really helps to know if something is going to drastically change! Thank you!

We had a fall photo shoot with this big dude today! This is our lovely 3 year old Stud, Brawndo vom Waldenhaus. He is the sire of the 8 week old babies! Brawndo is a showy guy, with a calm, easy going nature about him. We love his deep black and red coloring.

The Rita and Dagger 10 have started on pan feeding!

16 day old Rita and Dagger babies! I set them here while I moved their bed out and gave them the full room. It looks like 2 males may be plush coats, but it is a little early to tell for sure.

It's been hot here in Missouri... This very pregnant gal knows how to cool off and enjoy the evening! Due this coming week.. Dosia vom HeartSoul.

The Ten Tubbies are offered a bottle several times a day to make sure everyone is getting enough and take some pressure off mom... They are almost 3 weeks and doing exceptionally well!

They are happy to be back in the yard!

Mr Whiskey (formerly white band Yana male) getting some obstacle play time before leaving for his new home this week. He is the last of the 14 to head out, we could not be more pleased with all of the pups in this group or the amazing families they all went to .❤️

After bath scampers!! It's been non stop here as we prepare all these babies for their new homes! Thankfully mother nature has let us out of the oven just long enough to get those needing air shipping on flights!

Forever thankful for this building in this heat! We had a busy but fun day!
