*The Organizer or the Coordinator assigned to the event shall have the necessary full rights to cancel or move the event in case of low attendees or an instance the required pax is not reached or any weather disturbance such as typhoon that would affect safety as a whole. If participants would not be able to attend or participate to the new schedule, refunds should be made a day after the next scheduled event or not later than 20 days after the new set schedule.
