We had a brief encounter with these playful dolphins with bright pink bellies on the sail to Bequia. Unfortunately, these photos look more like outtakes...had to go frame by frame in the GoPro app to even see these guys. It’s hard to dip the camera into the water as the force of the water wants to send it backwards as we move forward. Anyone have any tricks they use?

In addition to the ubiquitous Carib brand, did ya know that most islands in the sunny Caribbean brew their own brand of beer? Grenada’s beer is Stag. After a long day of sailing, it’s a real treat to belly up to the bar and have an icey cold island bevvie.

They market Stag as “A Man’s Beer,” but we can tell ya it’s equally a hit with the ladies.

So, the last big job to get us out and onto the water has been checked off the list! The main sail is up, and we are spending our first night on the hook in roughly six months. And oh, it feels so good. The jobs will continue...mañana.
