We make it a point to hike the trail almost every time we’re in Maine… there’s almost nothing that compares to the way it feels like you’ve reached the edge of the world. But this past Sunday, we decided to go a little further north and see what the trail could offer us… and we weren’t disappointed. With easy access to private feeling beaches for picnics and trails that wove between moderate and difficult, the day was amazing, despite the fog with us the whole day. And for those of you mushroom enthusiasts, we must have passed more than a dozen varietals.
