Just 0.6 miles from college (5-7 min walk). I'm landlady and live downstairs with my family, and students share bedrooms upstairs. Rent includes breakfast, home cooked evening meal, internet, laundary and inclusive of all bills. I also help with GP registration and emergency hospital appointments. References from existing students/ parents available. No rent is charged for Easter and Christmas holidays.
