The fantastic Helensburgh and Lomond Highland Games are on Saturday 4th June. Enjoy traditional Highland Games, Athletics and Highland Dancing - and if you want to get involved there is still time to sign up for some of the events like the Hill Race! You can book tickets online, and there is a free shuttle bus from Helensburgh town centre.

The festive lights are on in , including the new feature - every year the Helensburgh Festive Lighting Charitable Trust volunteer “Elves” light up the town with 160 festive lights, 16 sparkling trees and a magnificent Christmas tree in the square. The lights are up from now until January, and it is well worth a visit to see them, and to enjoy all our independent shops and fantastic cafes and restaurants!

Wednesdays 10-4 is Book Sale Day at the Hub, 116 East Princes Street, Helensburgh. As good as any other 'attraction' along the Sealochs Trail. Great selection of books, puzzles, jigsaws. Only £1 for most items.

The sun is shining so why not pop down to the Hub today and browse for a book!
