It’s Sexual Violence Awareness Week 2025 and if you’ve followed me for a while you might know my story already, but some of you who are new might not. So I wanted to republish the story I shared on here five years ago, about my own personal experience, because to this day I still believe if my story helps even one other survivor heal, grow and move forward after sexual violence then my purpose in this life is complete 💫

I’ve spent a lot of this week feeling incredible amounts of gratitude. I still find it hard to imagine sometimes how much life has changed in the past five years, from not wanting to leave the house paralysed by panic disorder, finding it hard to trust anyone, struggling with social anxiety and triggered by my PTSD at every moment.

It’s taken a lot of intense internal work to get to where I am today and don’t let my IG fool you, it’s been s**t sometimes. Surviving trauma and healing is not linear it’s going in circles, sometimes back to where you began. I’ve sometimes taken one step forward and two steps back, but I know that by working on myself it led to me leading a happier life.

It’s also why I set up and why we exist to create safe spaces for women to explore this amazing planet 🪐

I’ve also get to spend my days with INCREDIBLE women through and I’m so grateful for how the community has also helped me heal. I realise I’m biased but we are the best community I’ve ever known and I hope we can be for so many other women too ❤️

Another ski season complete in one of my favourite places ever 🎿

Yet again, I’ve been surrounded by the most amazing women on our ski trips and I couldn’t be more grateful for the community 💫

Every year we come back to and it’s started to feel like home. I love that it’s a car-free town, I love the mountain top coffee stops and I love the fact you can also access 600km of pisted runs across 12 resorts! 🏔️

Because of her 💫 ❤️

I got diagnosed with ADHD back in 2021 after years of fighting the system to try and find out how I could better myself and also have a few answers to questions I’ve been asking myself my entire life.

I was told I was dyslexic in my late teens and although that was diagnosed whilst I was still at school, I always knew there was something else that made me different to the other kids in my class and my peers later on in life. Since becoming more aware of my ADHD, it’s something that’s completely changed my life.

I’ve never understood myself more than I have right now and the power in that is incredible. I’ve just started medication for my ADHD and I’ll be sharing my journey through titration over the next couple of months.

Everything I do today is for that little girl that I was who always felt different to everyone else 💫

I’m back in one of my favourite places on earth 🌍 🎿

It’s my fourth time back in and and I couldn’t be happier to be back for two whole weeks with and 48 amazing women 💫

There’s something so heart-warming about coming back to the same place; knowing the pistes, where to grab a coffee and the best restaurant for some tartiflette 🥰

Have you ever visited a country and been so surprised by its beauty? 🇪🇸 When we visited Tenerife a few years ago we went for a ‘break’ but couldn’t sit still for very long and spent a few days leaving the hotel and getting out. We stumbled across a mountaeous region in the middle of the island, and we were in awe of its beauty 💫 Of course, after a long day hiking we then headed back to the hotel and spent the evening drinking wine on our balcony xx

A rewind on another incredible year. A year different to years previous and it took its toll, but looking back has given me a fresh perspective on everything that’s happened 💫 From starting the year on a high, to spending quality time with family and friends, to ending the year struggling with my mental health. 2025 is the year of health, prioritising myself and creating a balance ❤️

100% add this to your itinerary for any trip to Vancouver. We jumped on the free shuttle from city and then spent the morning exploring this magical place. From the tree top walk to the 140m suspension bridge, this spot is a must! Make sure you block out 3 hours to really explore 🇨🇦 📍

48 hours onboard one of the most iconic train journeys in the world 🌍 🚂 💫

is a Canadian rail-tour company that operates luxury scenic trains on four rail routes in Canada and the US.

We joined the First Passage to the West route which travels between Vancouver and Banff, with an overnight stop in Kamloops.

The journey took two days, and onboard we enjoyed some amazing stories about the stops along the route, five star dining and lots of time to admire the scenery both from our seats, and from the observation deck.

Very grateful to have experienced this journey and we have now arrived in Banff for another epic week! 🇨🇦 If you’ve been to Banff tell me your favourite spots? ⬇️
