It’s ! Last weekend we dined at Tiffins - a signature restaurant inside Animal Kingdom inspired by Asian and African cuisine. The bread service includes my favorite Brazilian cheese bread. Darren dined on the octopus and lobster Mac and cheese, while I had the peri peri shrimp with pap (South African shrimp and grits).

Today I had the opportunity to have a resort tour of the brand new Stella Nova resort at . This is one of the sister hotels that is located just across the street from . I loved the space/galaxy theming, and this lobby was simply stunning! The rooms are very spacious, the dining options were great and even offered a Mardi Gras special. This resort also has its own pathway straight to Epic, but they will have bus service as well.

Happy ! Nomad Lounge is our favorite spot to have a snack and a drink (or 2) at . We loved the Cuban sliders, crispy wings, and mushroom bao buns!

Pro tip: ask for a couch outside and watch characters float by on the river!

Enjoyed a beautiful evening as our last day of this year’s Festival of the Arts. Hummingbird cake in America, short rib in Bavaria, and only a 5 minute wait for a table in Tutto Gusto where we enjoyed charcuterie and risotto! And the topiaries are already coming out for !
