Genae was an integral part of our company’s development and growth. She served as a Director on the Board and was an active member of the team. Genae was dedicated to My Own Water Sports, and filled any capacity that was vacant. Our team members can attest that she was thorough and detailed. She completed her tasks with joy and excitement, all while encouraging those around her with her infectious laugh and personality. Her no-nonsense but jolly approach made her work ethic unmatched.⁣⁣

Gerran Nottage, Chief Executive Officer, is a licensed boat captain and holds a Master Tech Certificate in Marine Motors from the Marine Mechanics Institute in Orlando, FL. He has a hands-on approach and also serves as the Director of Operations and Safety and Inspection Director. In addition to his copious certifications, he also has the expertise gained from working with his father, Mr. Clifford Nottage, who was one of the pillars and pioneers in the industry from the inception of the water sports industry in The Bahamas.
