It never fails to amaze me- what is needed shows up when and how it it's supposed to. These are the rocks that asked to come to my luncheon featuring (fab btw). Thank you for a great meeting and filling the room with such awesome connections and resources. So what did I receive from my carpetbaggers? Obsidian mahogany- release from inner limits. Carnelian- courage, strength, grounding and fun. Shiva lingum- balance of male and female energies. Chrysocolla- communication and business astuteness. Moonstone- protection for travel, talisman for inner journey, help to speak what is in my heart.

It's easy to get distracted. By other people. By their hustle. Their accomplishments. What they have (or seem to have). How happy they are (or seem to be). It happens to us ALL. 💜
I was just talking to a friend as they were having an intense moment over what someone else has and wishing they did too (been there! 🙋🏻).
And I came back to these simple truths:
1️⃣ We literally never know the truth of another persons life unless they tell us.
2️⃣ It doesn't matter either way. If we can use the tools of yoga (keep your eyes on your own mat and don't give a crap what the person beside you is doing or on what timeline) and meditation (eyes closed, inward focus) we can stay focused on our path and do our work. Which of course is the quickest and best way forward on our own path and maximizes our own happiness anyway. 💜
Easy? Um...no. Essential? Yes.
