Summer is approaching, and so is sauna season (which is every season 😉).

Yes - you heard it right, sauna isn’t something just for cold weather. Sauna fits every season and occasion! ☀️🧖

Going to sauna after a hot day washes off all the sweat and dirt from the day. 🫧 And when you come out from the sauna, the outside air feels so much more refreshing. ✨ During the summer you can also take a dip in the lake without worrying about any ice. 🌊

Here is our favourite way to enjoy summer sauna:
🌿 Gather fresh birch twigs from the forest for a sauna vihta/vasta (make sure to have the landowner's permission!)
