March 20 update: Registration is closed for this Alaskan Adventure!

All Collette tours include round trip air fare from CVG, (port charges for Alaska), hotel transfers, and air taxes & fees surcharges for air inclusive packages from Cincinnati.

Celebrate 100 years of Elder High School during the 2022-2023 school year! The Friends of Elder Travel will offer a special centennial trip down the Mississippi River aboard The American Queen steamboat, from Memphis to New Orleans, including a stop in Natchez, MS where the school's namesake, Archbishop William Henry Elder, was stationed just prior to coming to Cincinnati. The boat sets sail on April 17, 2023 (overnight in Memphis, TN on April 16).

Great turnout for the Friends of Elder Travel Information Night - highlighting the 2023 tours:
* In celebration of Elder HS 100th anniversary, the American Queen steamboat river cruise from Memphis to New Orleans will visit Nachez, MS where Archbishop Elder began his career; This cruise is booking up fast for April 17-24, 2023. https://www.elderhs.org/alumni/get-involved/friends-of-elder-travel
* Collette travel has lined up a June Southern Charm tour of Charlotte, SC; An August Land and Sea tour of Alaska, and a September Vermont tour. Check at the Friends of Elder travel website for more information.

ANNOUNCING 2022 TOURS WITH FRIENDS OF ELDER HS TRAVEL!

The Friends of Elder HS Travel Committee would like to “thank you” for your past support of our travel program! Your interest and support have provided Elder alumni and friends the opportunity to travel together and enjoy both domestic and international experiences.

We are excited to say that we have just completed our tour of the Islands of New England, September 30-October 7, 2021. Our group enjoyed visiting Martha’s Vineyard, Nantucket Island, Block Island along with a tour of Providence, RI, Provincetown, MA and the Cape Cod area including the famous sand dunes. As always we meet many new travelers on our tours from all over. This tour included folks from Iowa, Florida, California, Pennsylvania, and Texas to name a few of the states. Our welcome Italian dinner, Lobsterfest dinner and farewell dinner were special events for our group and enjoyed by all.

The Travel Committee would like to introduce our new tours for 2022 at a TRAVEL INFORMATION NIGHT at Elder High School on NOVEMBER 3, 2021 at 7:00pm in the Rev. Jerome P. Schaeper Center. Tours include:

Canadian Rockies by Train, June 9-17, 2022 (1 overnight on train/private sleeping room) – first come/first served.

America’s Cowboy Country, July 23, 2022 (book by January 23, 2022 – save $100 per person)

Colors of New England featuring Portland, MA, September 26-October 3, 2022 -Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine / (book by March 26, 2022 – save $100 per person)


A “reminder” that all of our tours INCLUDE ROUND TRIP AIR FARE from Cincinnati to the destination.
