While this is a full-day immersion into the Hwy 285 Corridor area, no, we do not plan to include THAT first-hand experience as part of the tour. ROFL!

This means you! The 285 RV and Boat Show condone safety at all times - and local officers will be there to assist you in being safe.

Expect to see more troopers on the roadways this weekend looking for distracted drivers.

RV and Boat Show preliminaries are temporarily suspended on March 14th, starting at 9am for Officer Carrigan's funeral procession. The highway is being closed by the police in a rolling blockade as the procession comes from Fairplay and heads to Denver.

Please be kind, move your boats and RVs off the road during that time period. The mountains will still be here an hour later.

The local police are so enjoying the 285 RV and Boat Show this weekend, they have come out in full force to get an eyeful of the latest models.

However, some folks haven't been so safe, so they've had to get to work on a DUI checkpoint along 285, right near the turnoff for North Turkey Creek Road, on the Southbound side.

While we love to see you at the Show, we also love to see you sober. No drinking and driving, folks!

So Exciting! The Labor Day Weekend 285 RV and Boat Show has started! All different makes and models of boats and RVs to fit any budget, from two man canoes to luxury fishing boats! Van campers, pop ups, full size million dollar luxury RVs!

Richmond Hill area is really filling up, so come see the RV and Boat Show soon before it gets to Hwy73!

Even the sheriffs are interested in the show this weekend; they've picked out a great viewing spot at Shaffer's Crossing!
