Our Christmas Classic tour ended tonight after a visit to Salzburg yesterday and a free day in Munich, with our farewell dinner at the Museumsstüberl where my buddy Oliver cooked us up a wonderful meal and our own keg of Augustiner Helles.

Day 4 of BayernTrips Christmas Classic and we visited the city of Ulm. With the world‘s tallest church spire towering over the market, their living nativity scene and excellently presented Feurzangenbowle make it an unforgettable one.

Lunch in the Fischerviertel with trays of Swabian cuisine to share - Maultaschen, Käsespätzle and lots of meat!

Last Day of Very Beery Christmas and we took a quick trip to Abensberg. The Kuchlbauer brewery is like Dr Seuss and W***y Wonka build a brewery together! Farewell dinner at Kneitinger am Arnulfsplatz and a last round of singing „Country Roads“

Today we start round 2: Christmas Classic and we head back to Rothenburg ob der Tauber after picking up the new group at Munich Airport!

We took our Christmas group to Rothenburg ob der Tauber and we always stay right next to the Plönlein Tower. It’s a magical town once all the day-trippers leave! And, we capped off the night with a wine tasting with the Vinter, Herr Thürauf.

The Christmas fun continues - today we visited Berchtesgaden, where they have a market throughout their small old town. Then back to Austria for Schloss Hellbrunn‘s outstanding market, and dinner in Salzburg at Die Weisse - excellent Weißbier and authentic food!
