Yesterday, we started the week off perfectly with a beautiful kayak adventure at Double Mouth Nature Reserve. Caroline and Bev from the UK joined us, and the lovely early morning weather put on a perfect show for them.

During the first week of October, we took a great group of guys from for a 5 day fishing tour to the Nqabara area. We all had a great time, and although the kob we were hoping to catch didn't show up, everyone managed to catch some good fish. These are just a few of the pictures from the adventure. We fished hard and caught enough fudh to have a couple of fish dinners, release a bunch of fish, and everyone even got to take a few home to share with their families.

With all the crazy stuff going on in our region of late, we were on high alert while traveling from Kei Mouth and warned our guests to be extra careful as well on their travels from Gauteng. Despite these concerns, we all had safe and uneventful journeys and it didn't take long for the spirit of the Transkei to take over, and we were all feeling as relaxed as can be.

Great day fixing the path to the Double Mouth estuary. Had a quick paddle up the river and did some fishing.
No luck with fish but otherwise good fun.
