Business Development Director

Location: Tel Aviv
Schedule: Sun-Thurs 9am-6pm. 2 Days Office, 3 days remote

Description:
This position will report directly to the Chief Business Officer. A successful candidate will be high energy, hands-on, and bring significant knowledge and an in-depth understanding of MSPs, MSSPs, ISPs and Cloud Providers alliance programs and dynamics. True global experience and track record of creating and growing strategic partnership globally is critical.
What will you do
• Manages key partner relationships and works to build new ones.
• Identifies, proposes, and develops strategic partnerships with specific focus on MSPs in emerging markets.
• Tracks emerging markets and trends.
• Identifies and recommends new services and new markets.
• Builds and maintains relationships with marketplace vendors.
• Creates business plans for strategic initiatives.
• Overseas new business initiatives from inception to reality and growth.

Requirements
• At least a 5-year veteran with proven experience in business development/technology alliances preferably in cyber security.
• Have a track record of successfully building alliances and GTM programs with MSPs, MSSPs, ISPs and major cloud providers, globally.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SaaS, ideally data-centric platforms. This role is ideal for a strategic, consultative professional who excels at managing relationships with enterprise-level clients. You'll partner with Fortune 500 companies to ensure their success, drive product adoption, and foster long-term retention.

Key Responsibilities
• Retention & Churn Mitigation: Build strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and minimize churn.
• Strategic Advisor: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them achieve business success through our platform.
• Product Expertise: Become an expert in Wandz.ai’s solutions, guiding customers throughout their adoption journey.
• Product Adoption & Development: Lead onboarding and ensure full product adoption while providing feedback to improve the product.
• Onboarding: Deliver customized onboarding experiences that align with each client’s business goals, supported by the technical support team.
• Revenue Generation: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive additional revenue.

What We're Looking For
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in customer success or account management roles in SaaS, especially in data-driven companies.
• Proven success managing strategic/enterprise accounts, including Fortune 500 companies.
• Strong consultative approach with the ability to assess client needs and translate them into actionable business solutions.

Responsibilities
• Deliver instructor-led training on products for internal teams and external technical roles, including partners and clients

• Regularly update and modify existing training materials to align with the latest industry trends and technological advancements
• Conduct training programs for entry-level and advanced technical professionals, ensuring they are well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge

Requirements
• 3-4 years of experience in a similar instructional role.
• Proven technical background in security, networking, and IT infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on networking protocols. A background in cybersecurity is an advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering training or presentations to an audience, in a technical role.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills in English.
• Service-oriented with a team player mindset.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to independently research and resolve technical issues.
• A genuine passion for guiding and instructing others in technical topics.
