Into the Blue Travel Action - Ocean - Adventure At Into the Blue it is our mission is to compile a comprehensive & informative travel guide based around action, ocean and adventure.

This collection will encourage and inspire more students and graduates to take the plunge and book that plane ticket! As we embark on our 22 country tour of the world, travelling through Thailand, Bali. Oz, New Zealand, Fiji, Hawaii and South America, we will be sharing our journey each step of the way with articles, interviews and videos of the experiences we have, the places we go and the people

we meet. Furthermore, as an aquatic professional, Adam Knight will also be reporting on various swimming charities and organisations around the globe, to encourage best practice, share knowledge and ultimately prevent more children from drowning.

I am not a morning person, but diving is the one thing I don't mind waking up early for. Here is a shot of our 06:25 sunrise dive where we were treated to a school of 11 manta and where I completed my deep specialty down to 40 metres. Have an awesome day! ?

In the last 4 months many people have asked me “Adam, what made you come travelling?” And the answer, put simply, is this: If you spend your entire life living in the same place your understanding and perception of the world is limited to the circles you mix with and the stories you are fed by the media. When you travel, the more countries you visit the more of your biases are washed away - and we all have prejudices to some degree whether we are conscious of it or not. You develop an understanding and appreciation of other nationalities; you hear their stories and are given a unique insight into the challenges faced by their society. You begin to think not just from a national viewpoint but from an international perspective. You develop a global consciousness and begin see the bigger picture. It has become so vividly clear that nationalities and races truly are a social construct manipulated by the elite to control the proletariate. In order for us to move forward as a collective we need to wake up and focus on the things that unite us, not divide us. Travelling is not just important, it is essential for the progression of humanity and preservation of our planet. So if you are sitting in your office right now dreaming of swimming in waterfalls, climbing volcanoes and travelling the world you have the power to make it happen. Sacrifice a few months of getting sh*t-faced at the weekend, book your flight and get out here!

The 4000 Islands is a stunning archipelago engulfed by the mighty Mekong River in Southern Laos. Whilst there we saw 3 of the biggest and most powerful waterfalls in Asia, went white water kayaking and were privileged enough to see the Irrawaddy dolphin at sunset. Here is everything you need to have a great time and save money doing it! http://www.intothebluetravel.org/4000-islands

Here is everything you need to know about this incredible island: http://www.intothebluetravel.org/ko-rong

We visited the killing fields and genocide museum in Phnom Penh this afternoon. 1.7 million people were killed by the Khmer Rouge in a N**i style "cleansing" of society in pursuit of communist idealism. One disturbing ideology was the following "To cut the grass take out the roots" meaning to kill an individual is not enough, the entire family must be terminated
